The HighPointe Complex, a combination of quality apartments and townhomes with community services, is designed as a unique, worry-free environment with lots of activities in a quiet, established north Fargo neighborhood.

Bullinger says the HighPointe Village is being developed in three phases. The Crossing at HighPointe is a 62-unit upscale apartment building with one, two and three bedroom apartments featuring nine-foot ceilings, gas fireplaces, and underground parking. |
